N.P Building App provides professional mobile and web application development services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement signed by both parties.
Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables produced for your project transfer to you. N.P Building App retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your project details, business information, or technical specifications to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law.
Our liability in connection with any project is limited to the total fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our deliverables.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
